Former Raven Bart Scott signs with the Jets.

Texans re-sign Eugene Wilson (buggers - he would have been a useful addition)

Bronco's and Chefs have been active.

Kansas dealing with the Patriots to bring in Vrabel and Cassell. Nothing to be worried about there just yet, an aging LB past his peek and an over rated QB who had plenty of weapons around him. Even with a good o-line he was the most sacked QB last year.

More worryingly the Broncos have brought in help at RB, WR and Safety. Good moves by the mules.

These will seen as good moves for both teams as they are addressing perceived weaknesses early with, what is reckoned to be, quality players.

The New York Giants continued to beef up their defensive on Sunday, signing their second lineman in two days with the acquisition of former Cowboys end Chris Canty.

Canty, according to a source, received a six-year, $42 million contract. Another source told ESPN.com's Matt Mosley that $17.25 million of the deal is guaranteed.

On Saturday, the Giants signed former Seahawks defensive tackle Rocky Bernard for around $4 million per year, according to a source.

NFL suspends Bengals OLB Moch four games

Moch, who missed the entire 2011 season due to injury, has appealed the suspension. The former third-round pick is highly athletic, but his lack of exposure could ultimately put his status with the Bengals in question. If Moch makes an impact this season, it will likely be on special teams and as a situational pass rusher.
