I have UFC undisputed 2009 on the 360 if that helps.  I had to review it and got a passion for a bit of the MMA since then Smiley

Unfortunately for me, not enough.  Those who subscribe to Setanta seem to get a good hefty dose of it.  I had to find other ways and means. Smiley

Not really into MMA, but I like Kung Fu, used to train a fair bit back in the day, but now mainly stick to Qi Gong and Taoist Yoga like Paul Grilley and Paulie Zink.

Like the more esoteric forms of Kung Fu like Shaolin White Crane, and Praying Mantis( 7 star), but I am more into it for its roots that stem from Zen Buddhism.

Fascinating stuff, I really need to get back into training, its great for internal discipline. But the energy work i do now( like Pushing Ging) is amazing as well.

Interesting stuff Vann. May sound like a dumb question, but does it help you get awake in the morning. I wake up every morning like something's taken a dump in my brain. Could be poor circulation I suppose, but then this sort of martial-art is supposed to help that too isn't it. I mean the archaic notion of 'energies' etc. is backed up with different terminology in modern science.

Edit: On MMA. Vaguely interested. Fedor seems like a tough bastard, and interested to see Lesnar's return.

Hanuma I am always awake in the mornings, I put it down to an excess of LSD in my younger days  Grin , flashbacks are free !!

As for your thing, it sounds a bit like circadian problems, you may want to look into taking about half a milligram of Melatonin before you sleep.

If you are the  slightest bit skeptical about Chi or Prana, I highly recommend checking out a series of DVD's called " Understanding QiGong" by Dr Yang where he debunks a lot of the myth around it, he was the guy that turned me onto using Melatonin....

Qigong Theory | YMAA Website  <<< click there for   his DVD';s

They are expensive but , they are like 4 or 5 hours for each one, so like 30 hours in total, and they are excellent.

If you want DL links , PM me. Wink

Great stuff thanks. Hadn't thought about Circadian Rhythms, but funnily do remember reading about them a while back. Interested in hearing more about Qigong.
