psj3809 here (Paul), Raiders fan since 1985

Been to Oakland twice, amazing experience, met tons of ex-Raiders , also the first time i went over i had a pre-game pass so was on the field an hour before the game, met a ton of fans and players.

First trip - 2000 Trip to Oakland

Second trip - 2001 Trip to Oakland 2002

My records 2-0 so I reckon Al should fly me over Wink  Went to Crystal Palace a week before the American Bowl (Saints vs Raiders) and met Marcus Allen, H.Long, A.Shell and many many others.

Used to listen to games on AFRTS, then of course the net and finally Gamepass which is superb.

Got tons of games on tape.  Last few years have been tough, i'm a big fan of Al Davis, the guy doesnt get enough credit when things go well but some people blame him for it all when times go bad.

Originally from Berkshire, now live up near Manchester.

Cant wait for this upcoming season

Guys a few beers and meet up would be great, we could choose a location, see if there's any cheap hotels or accomodation and make sure that they'll show NFL games. Preferably when the Raiders are on.

Sounds like a plan.  I suppose a check of the schedule (NFL and members) is in order. Im sure we can sort something out for this season.

Yeah i used to post at the First Down forum for many years, that was a good laugh (Some crazy stories from that forum as well !).  I must admit i get totally wound up with the Raiders (or Al Davis bashing).  When we're winning no one seems to praise Al, the second we lose its all Al's fault !

I live near Bury near Manchester, originally from Wokingham in Berkshire.
