It's full imergrants, gangs and murder. They also had a team with Dave Beckham playing for them Roll Eyes. I would say either DC or Seatle are closer twins to manchester.

Both dc and Manie are about the same size. All the murders and gangs are in the SE area of the city. The nearest city Liverpool/Baltimore are shitholes but do have a nice harbour area.
