Its part of our Talent Management Review we do on a yealry basis. I have met with the VP's and Director to discuss their organisations and now its updating the presentations to put them into one pack (currently 104 slides) before meeting with the VP of HR.
I have a 4 hour meeting with the UK HR Director tomorrow to go through it.
Just one business section to do.
