If it your first ban; it might be for a week and then the next one is longer; you might be able to do another account and get away with for a while until someone notice it and report you; which will happen as their a lot of snitches in NFLUK.
Thing is; you need a moderator at least for any forum; I have seen what a forum can get like with no moderator and that did happen in First Down forum.

I think. ah I'd set it up at work - using one of the static PC's in one of the conference rooms. That way my home IP address wont trigger straight away. And if I use the iphone at home or PS3 I think it would have a different IP address |
