I can't see how? He leaves chaos and resentment in his wake, so why is he still climbing the ladder?

He now coaching USC; which is like the one of the biggest school in the USA. And if they stay at the top, then I am sure an NFL team will go after him in a few years time...

Lance is fast becoming the most reviled man in College Football since Nick Saban.  Grin

Ironic that he has now pissed off a well respectd USC alum, in the long run , that cant be great for his image with his own fans.
