WBA - Pompey Semi Final

Just been watching the game and have to say it was a bit disappointing. I was hoping that Albion would put on another performance like they gave in the quarter final and perhaps cause another upset. Despite having the best of the running for the first 50 minutes the goal for Portsmouth from Kanu seemed to settle the Premier Laegue team and from then on settled down and played better. despite their best efforts, West Brom never really recovered and the game didn't live up to my expectations. Hopefully the other semi final will provide a better spectacle and more goals.

I dont think either of the Semi Finals was much cop. I turned yesterdays game off to play FIFA 08 and listened to Alan Green whinge about how loud the producers were in his ear. Normally I like Green but just recently he's been a tad annoying. I dont care about the volume on your headphones I wont to know about the game.
Mike Ingham is so much better.

All of the teams played like they were afraid to lose rather than doing what they had done to get into the semis.

That was the impression I got as well, though Barnsely should have at least equalised when their striker was through on goal.
