Yeah they signed Ramsey.
Ramsey is reason 2343242 why you shouldnt get too excited by a young player. I remember him his rookie year under Steve Spurrier, started off very well, debut as a rookie was a 300 yard game and played well the first few games (Had a meltdown against the Saints with i think 5 or 6 ints).
Shame his career went downhill, as a rookie i think he did alright but then was a perrenial backup. As a Skins fan after his debut you would be excited thinking you've got your next 8 year starter at QB.
