Might be good news....

Michael Bush - RB - Raiders Fox Sports' Adam Caplan expects Michael Bush to be a restricted free agent under the next CBA.
Bush spent his rookie season on the Non-football Injury list with a broken leg. "It's believed" that will give him just three years of service as opposed to the normal four for a 2007 draft pick. The Raiders have made it clear that they want Bush back in 2011. Source: FoxSports.com Feb 20, 6:58 PM

It looks like they are giving it a good try at the moment. But they have walked out before.
