Got mine yesterday!

my madden IQ 536 after 2 games  started at 512 (it will make sense when you play)

Raiders oline is as appalling as last year 

Gonna be alot of dumpoffs to rb's just like real life.

D holds up quite well though no pass rush to speak of. Hall is the interception king hopefully just like real life

I might actually get on the game tonight at some point if the family situation suits.  Pompey Raider should have had his delivered this morning too fingers crossed.  From me, of course

had a go tonight and really had to have a good look around to find my way as there are so many new features.  At  first I took the madden test and scored a horrible IQ of 367 (I went All Madden with rushing offense - I would, wouldn't I as I used to play and coach that position) but the rest I completely fucked up as I couldn't get a grasp of it the first time around.

I played a couple of games and the feel is very nice, although nothing seems too unfamiliar and went back to take the test again.  This time I hit a Madden IQ of 567 (I still completely fucked the pass defense as I got the reads all wrong) but got All Madden in the other 3 disciplines.

If you have not got it yet and you do game, I strongly urge you to go and trade in 08 for it.  The foundation of 08 is still in there but with far more features than before and if you play to your madden skill you will get a decent challenge, although random dropped catches from hands receivers I still have not figured out.  As with all Madden games there seems to be a lot of good but that is sacrificed by some bad also (the dropped catches for one) but does not destroy the gameplay too much and can be fixed with patches (which most games are nowadays)

Overall - about 8.5/10

I'm suffering with the dreaded freeze problem!

Can't get anywhere in franchise unfortunately.

Got bored and decided what I could get in trade for using free agents and signing with zero bonus and trading them.

So far have picked up Jake Long, Chris Long, Glen Dorsey and Jeff Otah! Now that's how to rebuild a team.

anyone that has it on the 360 hit their 1,000 gamerscore yet?  I am closing in on it, 800 out of 1000 and after that the serious work begins and all without knocking my iq down too much.  At around 587 now, just need to get the pass defense bumped up a bit more and huzzah!!!
