Moss might get the DC job, while Gruden get his old job back for some unfinished business...

Nice try Supes Grin No way Gruden comes back, and you know it.  I for one don't even want him back - he is massively overrated, also has an ego as big as Hue.
No thanks - stay in the booth banging on about how everything is 'awesome', 'amazing', 'incredible', Roll Eyes

(Just for clarification, the roll-eyes is at Gruden, not you Supes)

Sadly i think the same, i sad sadly as Gruden gave me a ton of happy moments in the late 90's and got us to a high level, but i was gutted the way he left. He knew what Oakland was like when he got there, he knew how it worked with the 'GM' and Al, but he saw dollar signs and wanted more power and forced Al to trade him.  After his debut season with Tampa i think he became very average, his reclamation projects didnt work (Jeremey Stevens and others) and he became an average coach. It wasnt like he left the Bucs to become a pundit, he was fired.

On paper it looks like a dream Gruden coming back but the second his deal is up or another team offer him more money he'll probably go again.

We need a fresh start, i want a rookie HC, dont want a retread coach even if its Cowher/Gruden etc.

Yeah we all know how it went when Gruden left; pear shape....

You see if Gruden was given a little more power to run the Raiders...do you think we end up being the laughing stock of the nfl for like the last 8 years...I think we be a pretty good team.
