Best annual signings in the first 15 years of free agency

Yey for Richie Gannon!

However two things made me laugh about this one was they wrongly state he won 2 mvp's and then second they link to the superbowlXXXVII game which was probably his worst game as a Raider, thanks for the memories NFL.com

I guess he wasn't counted as he was part of the era prior to FA itself. He was unttached when he signed for the Raiders so I guess that still makes him a FA....
