MotoGP & Superbike :  Rossi extends Mugello winning streak  - MUGELLO - Moto-Live.com

There is no doubt that Valentino Rossi is a great MotoGP racer. His record at this track alone is outstanding. But after the last 2 seasons without a World Championship, the doubters had ruled him out as a real threat to the likes of Stoner, Pedrosa and even his new teammate Lorenzo. Now that he has won his third race on the bounce, there are some that see him running away with the championship. Though I see the championship as a real possibility for Rossi there is too much that can happen and too many races to run to make predictions of this nature. True, he did dominate this race as he has the previous 2, but with the resurgence of a much happier Stoner and the constant threat of Pedrosa, it will still be a battle. But it will be a battle to savour.
