Just to let anyone who is interested the superbowl game on Sat morning about 9am on sky sports is the Redskins v Raiders in '83/'84 (marcus allen , plunkett etc), reviews the whole season and the game . Good watch espicially as we win! 25 years ago mind but hey who's counting!

I saw the john madden one recently and it was a great reminder of all the great names that played for us in those days. The season review really gives you a feeling of how the team lived and breathed.

It's funny I see alot of parallels with what Davis was trying to do then to this offseason. Drafting a talented back who can fun, catch and pass. Trading for a corner to go with one we already have. Getting a reliable TE.

Lets all hope it produces similar results!

Now that you come to mention it, there are similarities. Producing similar results would be fantastic but I would settle for a legitimate shot at a wild card. Truth be told I would settle for 8-8 or better.
